2012-2014 : Deputy Director, Department of Financial Stability, Central Bank of West African States
Participated in the coordination of the Department activities, notably the organization of macroprudential supervision, the regulatory development of payment systems and the development of regulations for credit institutions and microfinance institutions ;
Established the financial soundness indicators, the early warning system of West African Monetary Union (WAMU) and the mechanism of carrying bank stress tests ;
Set up of the deposit insurance mechanism and the clearing guarantee fund of WAMU, developed regulatory texts concerning repo and primary dealers.

Established and coordinated the Financial Stability Committee of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU) ;

Responsible for the financial, administrative and operational management of BCEAO's Representation to European Cooperation Institutions, including supervision of the staff ;
Developed and wrote newsletters analyzing the economic and financial situation of European Union and WAEMU and determined the implications for West African States’ economies ;
